Phase Two offers housing that is less restrictive. It is available for those who have been successful in Phase One and wish to continue to stay in a clean and sober environment as they resume work or return to school.
Residents may apply for Phase Two after one month of residency in Phase One; transitioning into Phase Two depends on the availability of rooms.
This two-phase approach offers a unique continuum of support as residents strengthen their recovery. In contrast, in most other sober living facilities, residents move away and become lost without the peer support to which they have become accustomed.
The Phase Two homes are situated in beautiful neighborhoods near the Phase One houses (“The Block”) in Fair Oaks. Rents in Phase Two, which include furnished rooms, kitchen amenities, and all utilities, cost approximately one-third of what is charged for one-bedroom, furnished apartments in the area. Each room is private and single occupancy, and our modern, clean houses offer spacious and comfortable living arrangements. Kitchens are well-equipped, and many residents enjoy cooking or barbecuing together, creating a warm, “family style” atmosphere.
