clean and sober transitional living sacramento madison house alcoholics anonymous meetingWe are NOT real estate investors seeking to make positive cash flow on real estate!

We are “all-about” recovery. We offer very affordable housing in a positive Clean and Sober environment to those who are recovering from Alcoholism and Drug Addiction. True recovery from addiction is accomplished through attraction, not promotion. A happy, successful and a productive life should be the light at the end of the tunnel. To accomplish this, Clean & Sober Transitional Living has developed a two phase concept that has proven to be very successful with an unusually high success rate since 1989.

Our concept is very unique. We have residents living together from all phases of life that are in different stages of their recovery. This creates a very strong and understanding peer group for support. For over 75 years the idea of “one alcoholic helping another alcoholic” has been the foundation of recovery. Our program embraces universally accepted twelve-step programs and we require all residents to participate to the best of their ability… being abstinent of all mind altering substances all the time…“No Matter What”.

Since 1989, we have literally helped thousands of adults who desire a life of recovery succeed. A new person enters into and becomes part of our community on day one. We are not just a boarding house for drunks and addicts. Our community is a “family” that truly cares about the welfare of all. Service, commitment and integrity are something we live not just talk about. Our residents learn to be leaders and participators in life rather than just sitting on the sidelines. Yes, we have an owner and managers but CSTL is really run by the peers for the peers and participation by the residents in policy and governing is essential to our overall success.
